Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Account Provisioning and Settings team. You will lead backend engineers, own delivery of new features, and modernize architecture, partnering with multiple teams to drive end-to-end value across the stack.

You will also mentor engineers, coordinate with stakeholders, and push for telemetry-driven decisions to ensure high availability and performance in a high-scale SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent; 8+ years in software development and leadership.
• Experience delivering globally available REST/grpc APIs at scale.
• Strong cross-team coordination and incident management experience.
• Proven ability to lead 8+ developers and mentor leaders.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product roadmap using agile practices and deliver scalable services.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team and drive ownership across components.
• Collaborate with product, ops, and other teams to meet company needs.
• Lead delivery of high-availability, low-latency backend systems.
• Define and improve architecture for large data ecosystems.
