Job summary

Arch Energy is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide utility-scale solar, battery storage, substations, and grid interconnection projects from pursuit through commercial operation. This role blends technical depth with practical EPC judgment and field engagement.

The successful candidate will build repeatable engineering practices, lead external Engineers of Record (EORs), and help project teams deliver safe, constructible, reliable, and contract-compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering and EPC delivery experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external EORs.
• Hands-on with EPC and interconnection projects.
• Strong contractual negotiation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical strategy and design delivery from diligence to IFC.
• Lead integration of BESS and associated systems.
• Oversee substation and P&C scope including AIS/GIS transformers.
• Coordinate reviews across civil, geotechnical, electrical, and controls.
• Develop scopes, schedules, and interface registers with external partners.
• Support business development through client engagements.
