Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• PE license or SRO license with 5 years in engineering or nuclear power.
• Familiarity with ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Direct and develop engineering personnel to achieve high-quality results aligned with site and corporate goals.
• Lead programs impacting site operations and coordinate with NGG-wide initiatives.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Serve as senior resource for standardized engineering systems and processes.
• Fulfill additional duties including outage support and emergency coverage as needed.
