You will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize performance, cost, and quality across the unit, fostering strong teamwork and continuous improvement across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• PhD is optional.
• Master's degree is optional.

Responsibilities

• Identify and allocate resources (staffing, training, equipment, facilities and monetary resources) to the Director of the assigned unit.
• Lead cost-efficient operations and optimize resource use while maintaining quality.
