Job summary

Elbit America seeks a Senior Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering to lead a team that drives supplier performance and quality across the product lifecycle. This role partners with Supply Chain, Program Management, and internal ESA groups to deliver proactive quality improvements and on-time delivery of quality parts.

The role requires building strong supplier relationships, strategic planning, and allocation of resources to meet annual objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of experience or equivalent.
• Engineering/Manufacturing degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience embedding quality concepts in NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supplier Quality Engineers and collaborate with Supply Chain and Program Managers.
• Monitor and evaluate Key Supplier Performance.
• Chair monthly Supplier Performance reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Lead Supplier Performance Reviews with suppliers on scorecard performance.
• Develop and maintain quality systems across the full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate to improve supplier performance procedures and initiatives.
• Identify and implement supplier quality KPIs and Return to Green plans.
• Drive front-end processes for proactive performance management.
• Support resolution of complex system-level issues with multi-discipline teams.
