Job summary

Elbit America in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Manager of Systems Engineering to lead the Systems Engineering team across the full product lifecycle. You will drive requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and validation, while guiding a technical staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

The role demands 10+ years in systems engineering, strong communication, and in-depth knowledge of defense systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Former military experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle systems engineering activities including requirements analysis, architecture development, integration, verification, and validation.
• Oversee system concept development, design, prototyping, testing, installation, fielding, and sustainment.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities and serve as primary customer interface.
• Direct and support software and hardware integration and troubleshooting.
• Develop system-level requirements and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
