Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering to guide a team delivering complex services, integrations, and cloud-native applications.

You will ensure strategy, structure, talent, and standards enable secure, scalable, reliable solutions while partnering across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, and leadership to drive outcomes aligned with the company’s evolving technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8 years of progressive technology experience in software or platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• 4 years of prior people management experience supervising technical teams.
• Experience leading multiple teams, platforms, or domains with delivery accountability.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, SRE, automation, APIs, and secure development.
• Ability to shape engineering practices and drive adoption of CI/CD, observability, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high‑performing engineering teams across multiple domains.
• Guide major technical decisions, mitigate risks, and support modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Leadership to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and technology roadmaps while delivering reliable solutions.
