Job summary

FIS seeks a Software Engineer Senior Lead to guide the evolution of Content Management and eDelivery products. You will mentor teams, define architecture, and ensure reliability, security and scalability for global customers.

You will lead modernization efforts, drive the API-first strategy, and champion DevSecOps while delivering high-volume document processing and digital experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, engineering, IT or a related field.
• 8+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or major programs.
• Advanced experience with C++/C#/.NET and modern full-stack practices.
• Experience with REST, microservices, distributed systems and architecture.
• Secure design, RBAC, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, delivery and operations for FCM solutions.
• Drive technical roadmap for FCM platforms and cloud modernization.
• Architect scalable, secure enterprise solutions for high-volume processing.
• Mentor engineers, enforce code quality and design standards.
• Oversee incident response, observability and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to broaden digital delivery capabilities.
