Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an accomplished senior engineering leader to translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and lead multi-team modernization across data analytics platforms. You will guide engineering and quality teams from planning through production, ensuring value delivery for clients and the business.

Ideal candidates bring extensive leadership experience, deep SDLC/DevSecOps knowledge, and a track record of strategic technology direction.

Qualifications

7–10 years of leadership experience across enterprise software teams.
Experience leading managers, technical leaders, software and quality engineers for enterprise applications.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, testing, release management, observability, and production support.
Experience using engineering metrics to improve quality, reliability, delivery, and productivity.
Ability to balance product delivery, platform sustainability, security, and client commitments.
Excellent executive communication and influence with technical and business stakeholders.
Bonus: experience with cloud-based data, analytics, BI, or AI-enabled platforms.
Knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, SAP BusinessObjects, DataStage, dbt, or similar.
Financial-services domain familiarity including data governance, PCI, cybersecurity, or risk management.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

Translate product and business priorities into engineering roadmaps and develop technical leaders.
Lead software and quality engineering teams across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
Drive modernization of data and analytics platforms, including cloud adoption, automation, and observability.
Own delivery outcomes by monitoring quality, reliability, security, release readiness, and dependencies.
Collaborate with product, architecture, service delivery, cybersecurity, risk, and leadership to align strategy and investments.
Foster an inclusive engineering culture with clear performance expectations, coaching, and leadership development.
