Job summary

LVT is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team building the next generation of Agentic AI platforms that connect cloud intelligence with edge devices in real-world environments. You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, AI/ML, Edge, and Platform teams to transform sensor and video data into actionable insights while scaling services for large deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering leadership in high-growth environments.
• Experience building AI-driven, distributed systems.
• Experience designing agentic AI architectures and memory systems.
• Distributed systems design for edge-to-cloud.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS; Kubernetes experience.
• Proficient in Python, Go, C++, or Java and API development.
• MLOps familiarity with model deployment, observability, and eval frameworks.
• Physical AI passion and real-world sensing applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
