Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership roles.
• Experience leading fullstack or user-facing product teams in high-growth SaaS.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and product-minded approach.
• Exposure to agentic AI workflows and scalable cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing web and mobile surfaces and operator consoles.
• Partner with Product Design to elevate UI/UX as a competitive advantage.
• Oversee AI-enabled workflows and intuitive interfaces for site operations.
• Design scalable cloud-native backend services and frontend architectures.
• Build and coach high-performing engineering teams and foster velocity.
• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps and execution plans.
• Promote testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, AI/ML and Hardware teams.
