Job summary

LTS is seeking a Lead AI Architect / Strategist to define and lead the architecture, strategy, and implementation of next-generation AI solutions. This role will drive enterprise AI transformation by designing scalable AI platforms, enabling Generative AI capabilities, and guiding the adoption of LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, and advanced analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 10+ years in software/enterprise architecture or tech transformation.
• 5+ years designing AI/ML solutions and AI platforms.
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale, distributed systems.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application architectures.
• Hands-on with RAG, AI agents, embeddings, model orchestration, and governance.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, and Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, and OpenAI frameworks.
• Strong Python or equivalent programming language skills.
• Experience with data architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and systems integration.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices and governance.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Design scalable AI platforms leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Architect AI systems integrating models, data platforms, and APIs.
• Develop patterns for LLM-based apps, AI workflows, copilots, and retrieval systems.
• Design and evaluate RAG architectures including vector search and model orchestration.
• Lead evaluations of emerging AI technologies and platforms.
• Guide teams from PoC to production deployment.
• Establish AI governance for security, compliance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product teams, and enterprise architects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AI patterns.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders and executives.
• Support innovation through prototypes and AI transformation strategies.
