Job summary

ClearEdge IT Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead day-to-day delivery for one of our core AI-enabled products. You will guide a small team while remaining hands-on, delivering scalable, secure, high-performant services and AI-assisted capabilities.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-impact solutions, shipping fast in TypeScript, Python, and React.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, EE, Math or equivalent (4 years substitutable).
• 10+ years of design, development, and deployment of software systems.
• Fluency with AI-native IDEs and modern stack (TypeScript, Python, React).
• Hands-on leadership of small engineering teams while remaining a primary implementor.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery for core AI-enabled product with a small team.
• Ship quickly in TypeScript, Python, and React; deliver full-stack features.
• Guide engineers through code review, conventions, and pairing.
• Own releases end-to-end for hybrid and air-gapped environments.
• Gather requirements and communicate status to stakeholders.
