Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager, Engineering Manager to lead engineering, facilities, maintenance, and utilities across a GMP environment. You will drive asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to support manufacturing operations.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facilities. Strong leadership, budget planning, and project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in engineering, facilities, maintenance, or EHS.
• 3+ years of leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FDA-regulated industries (medical devices, biologics, pharma) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, facilities, maintenance, and utility operations to support manufacturing goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Develop preventive maintenance, calibration, reliability and asset management programs.
• Manage projects, facility modifications, and capital upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership for equipment qualification and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and EHS to maintain inspection readiness.
