Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead site facilities, utilities, equipment, and capital projects across manufacturing and laboratory spaces. You will drive project definitions, validation activities, and handoffs while ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.

The role requires fostering a safe work culture, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget to support supply chain integrity and asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device/pharma preferred).
• Familiarity with GMP, quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute site engineering projects, including product and process transfers, equipment qualifications, and process validations.
• Supervise and support a team of engineers and technicians, including scheduling and training across shifts.
• Track timelines and budgets, ensure regulatory/compliance alignment, and support capital plan objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors on equipment selection and process improvements.
• Monitor contractor progress, maintain documentation, and ensure proper handover of project records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
