Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corp seeks an Engineering Project Manager to provide technical leadership for site facilities, utilities, equipment, and capital projects across manufacturing, laboratory, and non‑manufacturing spaces.

The role leads multidisciplinary project definition through hand‑off, including validation/commissioning, to optimize asset lifecycle management and sustainability while maintaining compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO 9001/13485, EU MDR, CMDR, and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 5+ years leading projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering projects across manufacturing and labs.
• Supervise engineers and technicians; manage scheduling and training.
• Support ECOs, CAPAs, FMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ validations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
