Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat; Newforma experience preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering document control standards and ability to interpret construction plans and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Document management of electronic files for distribution which may include converting between different software packages, printing, scanning and/or copying.
• Researching files and records to locate appropriate documents as requested by other personnel.
• Responding to client requests of all types.
• Generating activity reports as required by the project managers.
• Assisting the project managers with administrative tasks as necessary.
