Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, Ohio seeks a Senior Analyst, Engineering, to join Clyde Operations on VA Assembly Lines. The role focuses on mechanical engineering with machining, design, build and qualification of manufacturing processes, collaborating with Operations and Machining Backshop to deliver safety, quality and production efficiency projects.

You will lead Manufacturing Technology initiatives, build capital and expense budgets, and translate GD&T concepts into equipment designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of Project Management leading cross functional teams.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support WCM methodologies with Integration of new equipment/process
• Support manufacturing by ensuring proper design for cost and maintainability
• Assume various Project Management roles on projects as assigned or required
• Work closely with Operations to support production needs
• Development of Engineering Technicians
• Ensure that new manufacturing processes are flexible in design to accommodate long range new product cadence plans with the intent of minimizing future capital requirements
• Lead projects and special assignments
