Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering to join Clyde Operations on VA Assembly Lines. The role focuses on machining, design, and qualification of manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will develop and implement new manufacturing technologies, collaborate with Operations and Machining Backshop, and help manage capital and expense budgets while supporting diverse appliance brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of Project Management leading cross functional teams.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support WCM methodologies with Integration of new equipment/process.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring proper design for cost and maintainability.
• Assume various Project Management roles on projects as assigned or required.
• Work closely with Operations to support production needs.
• Development of Engineering Technicians.
• Ensure that new manufacturing processes are flexible in design to accommodate long range new product cadence plans with the intent of minimizing future capital requirements.
• Lead projects and special assignments.
