Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, Ohio is seeking a Lead Maintenance Analyst to drive World Class Manufacturing improvements in the maintenance area. You will lead projects, manage a team of 15-20 crafts, and partner with cross-functional teams to hit safety, quality and cost targets.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, PM pillar expansion, KPI tracking, and root-cause analysis to implement countermeasures.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisor role.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Journeyman’s Card required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead WCM implementation in the Maintenance area to achieve safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Execute Emergency Work Orders with craftsman for root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Lead PM Pillar expansion projects including KPI/KAI updates and presentations.
• Manage 15-20 crafts daily among mechanics, electricians, and laborers.
• Meet financial and productivity goals including OEE and labor efficiency metrics.
• Oversee Kronos for hourly associates and schedule manpower as needed.
• Complete administrative paperwork (safety, HR, payroll, attendance, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain equipment and meet departmental goals.
