Responsibilities

• Lead projects and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Support WCM methodologies with integration of new equipment and processes.
• Design for cost and maintainability to support production needs.
• Develop and mentor Engineering Technicians.
• Ensure manufacturing processes are flexible to accommodate future product cadences.
