Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Marion, OH is seeking a qualified Analyst, Operations/Production for the 3rd shift (M-F, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) on-site at Marion Manufacturing. The role leads an assembly line, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives while managing a team of coordinators, group leaders, and operators.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years supervising in manufacturing, strong teamwork and communication, and experience with continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Operations or Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead production activities to meet customer demand according to the level plan.
Drive improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives for the department.
Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and tools in daily operations.
Direct, develop, support, and assess team members as their people leader.
Complete daily time & attendance records in UKG for direct reports.
