Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, OH is seeking a Manager, Operations & Production to lead a critical manufacturing unit. You will apply world-class manufacturing methods to deliver safety, quality, delivery and cost targets for the Clyde operations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the plant, with a focus on Lean and WCM practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ manufacturing or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience implementing Lean/WCM.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity of the department.
• Lead development and execution of Operational Strategic Initiatives.
• Provide direction to the team to focus and deliver KPIs.
• Coach and develop talent; build organizational capability.
• Lead Lean/WCM initiatives and enterprise-wide improvements.
• Manage all financial aspects of the business.
