Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Greenville, Ohio is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst (Superintendent) for the 3rd Shift on the KitchenAid Team. You will lead an operations function applying world-class manufacturing methods to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.

You will coordinate multiple shifts, drive safety initiatives, analyze root causes of issues, and coach team members while delivering cost-saving projects and cultivating a high-engagement culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all 3rd Shift activities across Operations, Quality, EH&S Maintenance, Materials to hit KPI targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.
• Serve as key communication link with other shifts to ensure data flow and issue clarity.
• Lead actions from Safety Walks to ensure safety and ergonomic practices on the shop floor.
• Address quality issues with root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver the Level Plan volume efficiently per the Operational Plan with coordinated run plans.
• Control manpower costs with RTR-guided resource utilization.
• Deliver cost-saving projects aligned to shift targets.
• Coach peers and develop future talent; cascade Leadership Model and Values.
