Freeport-McMoRan in Morenci, AZ is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead complex site engineering projects and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will review, investigate, and develop recommendations, manage capital funding requests, and provide SME guidance to site management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years of related experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, and have strong analytical, communication, and safety skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Five years (Bachelor’s) or three years (Master’s) of related experience.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Mansioni

• Review, investigate, and develop recommendations for assigned projects.
• Manage projects and act as SME on site planning, expansion, or modifications.
• Provide guidance on processes and regulations to site management.
• Contribute to site strategic planning and budgeting for engineering areas.
• Develop and evaluate capital funding requests (AFEs).
• May manage vendor contracts for services and equipment.
