Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments and safety awareness programs for employees and managers.
• Conduct safety audits and inspect facilities to ensure compliance and safe work environments.
• Manage Health and Safety functions or projects.
• Train staff in safety procedures and specialized safety training (e.g., confined space).
• Inspect and evaluate work in progress and direct remedial action when needed.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for incident investigations and root cause analyses.
