Qualifications

• Perform engineering power flow, economic capacity expansion, production cost, and probabilistic modeling analyses of the New England system.
• Oversee consultants and coordinate technical analyses.
• Prepare filings, data, and presentations for ISO New England and regulators.
• Provide SME input to procurement evaluation teams and state/regulatory forums.
