Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Manager, Economic Analysis and Transmission Strategy to support the clean energy transition in New England by delivering analytical, economic, and strategic services for transmission solutions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevance to business, engineering or economics.
10–12+ years of related electricity industry experience.
Experience with transmission planning, economic analyses, and policy context.

Responsibilities

Conduct economic capacity expansion, production cost, and probabilistic modeling analyses of the New England system.
Oversee engineers and consultants who may be retained to perform technical analysis.
Develop analytical products, visualizations, research, and advocacy materials for policy recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional work with senior management and other teams.
Coach, develop, and evaluate engineers and analysts; manage performance.
