Job summary

Infinite Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer for our Help Desk, onsite with a client in Evansville, IN, to tackle complex, multi-system issues and drive root‑cause resolution.

You will mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians, strengthen client environments across the Microsoft and network stack, and apply deep knowledge of 365, AD/Entra, and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on MSP or managed-services experience with complex, multi-system issues.
• Fluency across Microsoft 365, Windows, Entra ID/Active Directory, and endpoint management.
• Strong hands-on networking troubleshooting (routing and switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• MD-102 or equivalent certification; with Network+ or CCNA; exposure to SD-WAN and Azure networking.
• AZ-104, AZ-140, SC-300 and AZ-305 recommended; ConnectWise experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support higher‑level, multi‑system tickets and root‑cause analysis.

Infinite Solutions is hiring a Senior Engineer for our Help Desk, based onsite with our client in Evansville, Indiana, a critical thinker who supports the higher-level, multi-system tickets, connects related symptoms across systems, and resolves problems at the root cause instead of the symptom. You will strengthen client environments across the Microsoft and network stack and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians.

What you bring: significant hands-on MSP or managed-services experience with complex, multi-system issues; strong diagnostic instincts; deep fluency across Microsoft 365, Windows, Entra ID / Active Directory, and endpoint management; strong hands-on networking troubleshooting (routing and switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi); Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or demonstrated equivalent competency in Microsoft 365 administration and modern endpoint management, with CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA, and exposure to SD-WAN (VeloCloud or similar), dynamic routing (OSPF/BGP), and Azure networking, a plus. AZ-104, AZ-140, SC-300, and AZ-305 recommended; ConnectWise experience a plus.
