Job summary

MIRATECH seeks a Senior Engineer - Product Support to serve as a key technical resource for customers and internal teams. You will provide engineering analysis and advanced troubleshooting for SCR, DPF, and emissions aftertreatment systems, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead root-cause investigations, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Field Service, and ensure corrective actions restore system performance while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in product support, troubleshooting, reliability, or field applications.
• Advanced knowledge of SCR, DPF, and engine aftertreatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Escalation resource for complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Lead technical root-cause investigations and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting with Field Service and Engineering teams.
• Document issues, causes, and resolutions in the support database.
• Monitor case trends and propose design or process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emissions regs and technologies.
• Travel 15–30% as required.
