Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a Senior Engineer - Product Support to provide advanced engineering analysis and troubleshooting for SCR, DPF, and aftertreatment systems, serving as an escalation resource for customers and internal teams.

You will lead root-cause investigations, coordinate with Field Service and Engineering, document issues and resolutions, and contribute to product and process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years engineering experience in product support, troubleshooting, reliability, or field applications with emissions equipment or complex systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SCR, DPF, and engine aftertreatment systems is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong root-cause analysis and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple issues and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AI tools, and CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel 15-30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior engineering resource for escalated complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and emissions-performance issues.
• Support remote troubleshooting and coordinate with Field Service and Engineering to determine on-site needs.
• Lead internal and customer case-related review meetings.
• Document interactions, root causes, and resolutions for trend analysis.
• Lead technical root-cause investigations and support CAPA processes.
• Monitor case trends to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Field Service on corrective actions or design updates.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Maintain knowledge of emissions regulations and SCR/DPF advancements.
• Uphold safety, quality, and documentation standards in all activities.
