You will drive design from concept to delivery, mentor team members, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and process partners to deliver reliable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Experience in communicating and coaching across teams.
• Strong capabilities in prioritization and time management.

• Lead the design integration of innovative aftertreatment systems.
• Develop robust aftertreatment modules and components that meet performance and emissions requirements.
• Drive design activities from concept through delivery to achieve timing, cost, and quality targets.
