Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workforce Productivity, to design, implement, and optimize modern workplace solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead architecture for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and hybrid identity, with a focus on SharePoint information architecture and Copilot integration across M365 workloads.

You will mentor engineers, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with architects, sales, and clients to align technology with business outcomes,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure/digital workspace engineering (or 5+ years at senior level)
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune and Autopilot
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and endpoint management, security and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of digital workspace architectures (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, SharePoint information architecture)
• Design and enable Copilot experiences with governance and integration across SharePoint/Teams
• Drive automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph) and contribute to service improvement
• Mentor junior engineers and act as SME in client meetings and workshops
