Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in engineering on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and NCR processes.
• Experience with temporary works and lifting operations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering function and provide leadership for project teams.
• Coordinate with the line manager and set on-site engineering strategy.
• Oversee temporary works control and lifting operations.
• Manage survey activities and as-built surveys for key elements.
• Review NCRs and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate RFI processes and information flow.
