Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior engineer to lead and support engineering efforts for critical data center interconnection projects, including Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and renewable energy initiatives. You will manage fast-paced, high-stakes EPC activities and collaborate across EPC teams to ensure reliable grid delivery.

The role demands a BS in engineering or PE licensure, plus 7+ years of experience with transmission/substation work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or PE licensure.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and project leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform engineering tasks for high-priority data center interconnection projects including BESS and renewable energy.
• Manage complex, fast-paced EPC projects and coordinate across engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Develop and review design documents, plans, calculations and cost estimates to meet schedule and budget.
