Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience to design, develop, testing and operational support in ReactJS, ExtJS, Javascript, Typescript, Micro services, Java, Spring MVC, SQL, Oracle and/or other OOP languages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to design and add value to code development and enhancements for Contact Center Application.
• This role partners directly with the business to create agentic processes used by all Customer Service Representatives.
