Job summary

Verizon is seeking a highly skilled software engineer to design and develop call center web UI components using ReactJS/ExtJS and Java/Spring MVC. You will work with onshore and offshore teams, shaping solutions from requirements through UAT while aligning with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in web UI development, strong Java, AWS, and CI/CD experience, and a solid grasp of SDLC, Agile practices, and design patterns. Hybrid role with office and home work locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required.
• Desirable: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Design and code complex reusable UI components with business rules and Real Time API using Spring.
• Lead and mentor US and offshore team members.
• Ensure deliverables follow SDLC standards and UAT processes.
• Improve efficiency for call center representatives and respond to SLAs.
