Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Engine Systems Integration Leader to drive high-impact initiatives across engine disciplines. The role requires expert technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of budgets and operating plans within a guided policy framework.

Autonomy within a segment enables influence on NPI and production in alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include leading technical and program management efforts, shaping system-level solutions, and mentoring teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
Minimum 6 years of professional relevant experience in gas turbine engines.
U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain/maintain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and program management leadership in the integration across module disciplines with limited guidance.
Develop collaborative system level solutions with Platform and Systems Integration Leaders.
Formulate and guide teams toward implementation plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules, and contract commitments.
Lead test plan development that meets program objectives and oversee documentation of technical data.
