Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati seeks an Executive Product Manager to lead development of next-generation engine products and related efforts. You will shape product strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and drive profitability in a complex, matrixed environment.

You will foster partnerships with airframers and government entities while overseeing budgets and forecasts, and crafting competitive strategies to advance safe, sustainable propulsion solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in product development (CAT-1 NPI or advanced prototyping).
• Program management experience; product management (PCB, CCB, Safety PMT).
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

• Strategic Product Management and leadership of product roadmaps.
• Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with airframers and government entities.
• Develop and execute competitive strategies for next-gen engine products.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization.
