Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Engine Systems Design Integration (ESDI) professional to act as the technical integrator across manufacturing, components, and survivability. You will define and flow down requirements, lead system-level verification, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve performance, quality, and program execution in a defense development environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engine systems, survivability or closely related manufacturing/integration roles.
US citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-component integration efforts to maximize product quality and delivery.
Facilitate engineering reviews, ensure clear communication and proper records.
Manage product and system requirements, specifications, and flow-down.
Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including survivability testing.
Define product requirements for modules/components and partner teams.
Coordinate between manufacturing and engineering to reduce cycle and lead times.
