Qualifications

• More than ten years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
• Preferred experience in industrial engine repair and rebuilding.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Owning a large, complete assortment of hand tools is expected.

Responsabilités

• Monitor resources and communicate needs to supervisor to meet goals.
• Lead and supervise service staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose engine/machine malfunctions and failures.
• Disassemble/assemble components per manufacturer specifications using tools.
• Plan and control repair job costs and timelines.
• Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to others.
• Maintain work areas and comply with safety policies.
