• Serve as a subject matter expert on recognition and engagement trends in financial services.
• Partner with leadership to ensure inclusive and equitable initiatives across levels.
• Manage budgets and resources for recognition and engagement programs.
• Provide guidance and training to engagement specialists and firm leaders.
• Support culture initiatives aligned with broader engagement goals.
