Job summary
Edward Jones, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Leadership Development professional to design and deliver journeys that accelerate readiness for current and future General Partners and senior leaders. You will partner with Human Capital, Talent Management, and executives to translate priorities into targeted development strategies.
You will lead cohorts, workshops, and coaching engagements, mentoring colleagues and shaping programs that drive leadership impact and business outcomes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate learning, talent management, or performance consulting.
- Experience with leadership development for senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership development journeys for senior leaders.
- Build trusted partnerships across Human Capital and the business.
- Facilitate high-impact cohorts, workshops, and coaching.
