Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Market Coordinator to partner with Market Leaders, drive priorities, and manage complex initiatives. You will lead events, budgeting, and executive communications while coaching teams and handling confidential matters.

The role requires strong PM skills, strategic thinking, and excellence in organization and relationship building. Office-based with collaboration across our St. Louis and Tempe offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in project management, operations, coordination, or administrative functions.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
• Experience with event planning, budget management, travel, calendars, and expense processes.
• Strategic thinker with decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Ability to coach and support team members.
• Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Market Leaders and key stakeholders to drive business priorities and market results.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and mitigate risks.
• Lead planning and execution of market events, leadership meetings, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage market budgets, forecasting, compliance, and resource allocation.
• Develop executive communications, presentations, and strategic materials.
• Provide advanced calendar, travel, and administrative support.
• Lead process improvements, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency.
• Build strong partnerships, support team development, and handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
