Job summary

World Wide Technology is hiring an Engagement Manager for Managed Services—Networking. The role focuses on landing and delivering key technical and selling insights across large enterprise accounts, including structured cabling, LAN/WLAN, UC, and site builds.

You will collaborate with account managers, consultants, and architects to develop services proposals and drive outcomes. The position emphasizes estimating scope, travel, and materials, refining service quotes, and presenting pricing and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales/technical‑sales to enterprise level customers.
• Proven ability to manage technical resources in complex selling processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and supporting large multi‑site deployments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Deep working knowledge of budgeting and P&L mechanics.
• Experience in reviewing and writing contracts and legal processes.
• Ability to build trust quickly with client teams and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead customer engagements and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Qualify services opportunities with the sales team.
• Develop and maintain services configuration tools.
• Collaborate with Deployment staff to validate task hours.
• Present services proposals and articulate value adds of WWT offerings.
• Create effective PowerPoint presentations for proposals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of services offerings and labs deployments.
• Stay current with new services offerings and market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales collateral.
