Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with large, complex customers as trusted advisor and engagement manager during implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans to deliver contracted products and services.
• Manage all project timelines, operations, and communications with client and internally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver platform configurations and integrations.
• Mentor team members and document processes for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for customers with product teams and influence roadmap decisions.
