Job summary

Workday, a Fortune 500 leader in enterprise-class SaaS solutions, seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to drive large-scale global deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology. You will resolve complex issues and provide management with strategic recommendations to enhance deployment effectiveness.

You will work with customers across the Central and Pacific time zones, guiding cross-functional teams and communicating with executives to ensure successful deployments and sustained value

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience in HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations.
Proven experience deploying Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, complex global deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology.
Resolve critical issues and provide executive-level recommendations to optimize deployment outcomes.
Partner with customers across Central and Pacific time zones to ensure successful value delivery.
