Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs to inform executive decisions.
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning priorities, timelines, and definitions of success; escalate blockers for resolution.
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes as the north star for program success and translate progress into executive-ready value narratives.
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, commercial management, change requests, and scope management.
• Influence human builder and agent builder teams, establishing operating models and guardrails for AI-enabled delivery.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies, adapting delivery models for scale and governance.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agentic AI in delivery with observability, cost controls, and security requirements.
