Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large, multi-workstream healthcare and life sciences transformation programs within ProServe. You will orchestrate 50+person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes.

You will shape program direction, manage executive relationships, and ensure distinctive customer business outcomes while driving AI-native delivery innovations and governance in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology transformation program management, leading multi-workstream delivery programs ($5M+/year) end-to-end.
• Experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences industry.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models where scope, risk and finance discipline matter.
• Experience adopting new delivery methodologies and tooling to accelerate productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), advising on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning priorities and timelines.
• Define and track customer outcomes (e.g., time-to-market) as the north star for success and ROI.
• Own program financial health: forecasting, revenue recognition, change requests, scope management.
• Influence AI/ML adoption and governance as delivery incorporates AI-augmented workflows.
• Drive AI-DLC methodologies across programs and scale multi-agent systems.
• Establish governance for agentic AI, including observability and cost controls.
• Surface ideas to innovate with ProServe and AWS teams to accelerate goals.
