Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead delivery management of multi-functional AWS programs from Canada. You will guide business analysts and engineers to improve efficiency and customer experience, while driving strategic initiatives and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires 8+ years delivering digital transformation for global clients, strong program management and leadership skills, and hands-on experience with agile methodologies. Remote work from Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 yrs of experience delivering digital transformation projects to global clients.
• Experience in program management, client service, and/or management consulting.
• Knowledge of leading teams on projects using agile methodology and frameworks like scrum, kanban or XP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and business leaders at all levels.
• Aptitude in business analysis and leveraging quantitative analysis techniques for decision making.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
• Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, AI, ML, and cloud computing - AWS exposure is a value addition.
• Team management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery management of multi-functional AWS programs, including planning, delivery assurance, verification, tracking and reporting.
• Own accountability for delivering financial benefits and transformational outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on a multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of products, applications, and services.
• Ensure quality execution and proactively resolve customer issues to drive satisfaction and outcomes.
• Coordinate, measure, monitor and communicate program health.
• Contribute to org-wide strategies and define team roadmaps aligned to the wider organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, services, and technology; transform how the team operates.
• Coach and mentor team members; recruit, motivate and develop skilled staff focused on KPIs per client contract.
